What do I do if my item(s) arrives damaged?
If something is not quite right with your order, don’t worry, our team is ready to help.Please contact our Comfort Consultants immediately to report the issue. Provide us with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We’ll endeavour to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
My order was marked delivered but it’s not here!
If no one was home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave the package in a safe location.Be sure to check around your home and with neighbors/building management who may have collected the package for you. If you still are unable to locate the package, we will need to investigate with the courier. Please contact us for an Amorette agent to assist you further.
